Programme of works delivered:
- We captured the requirements and successfully delivered the Lloyds Banking Group Manila programme. This was a flagship programme, and the first Lloyds bank operational centre in the Philippines.
- We also successfully implemented the Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) Analytics solution utilizing VM Ware, and Citrix based application for offshore users based in Bangalore and Manila.
- As part of our successful project delivery, we also delivered the HBOS MasterCard solutions in Credit Operations in the UK
As part of our service delivery, our senior consultant managed and delivered Technology programmes by utilising industry standard methodologies such as Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC), PRINCE 2 and Scrum.
